Step 1PREMIUM GRAPE SOURCING
Our wines are specifically sourced from all-natural premium grapes, free from any additives like sugar and preservative. The moment of picking the grapes also plays an important role in determining how acidic and sweet the non alcoholic wine will taste once it's bottled.
Step 2FERMENTATION PROCESS
The all-natural grape extracts then undergo a fermentation process, enabling a seamless aging for the wine. Fermentation is when the natural sugars in the grape juice turn into alcohol. The amount of time the wine is left to ferment depends on how sweet or dry the finished wine will taste.
Step 3AGEING PROCESS
Once fermentation is complete, the wine is then placed into oak barrels or stainless steel tanks where it will age. The aging process can take anywhere from months to years, depending on the type of wine being made and the flavor profile being created
Step 4ALCOHOL REMOVAL
Typically there are three main ways to remove the alcohol from the wine. Reverse osmosis, vacuum distillation, and spinning columns to ensure 0.0% ABV.
Reverse Osmosis
During the reverse osmosis process, the components of the wine are separated through a filtration system using high pressure. The ethanol gets separated from the wine while the remainder profile of wine is kept intact.
Vacuum Distillation
During vacuum distillation, the wine is placed into a container and heated until the alcohol has been vaporized. The alcohol is then removed from the wine, leaving behind the water and other grape solids.
Spinning Cones
The wine is placed into a centrifuge, where it is spun at a very high speed. This process removes the alcohol from the wine without removing any other grape solids or flavors.
